For several years, our church has been providing welcome baby bags for new moms at the local hospital as well as through local midwives. When visiting our church you can see the impact they are making and appreciation the new mothers have for them with all the thank you notes that the church receives.
If you would like to help with this ministry we have a list of items that we are in need of for each bag below:
Blankets, Diapers, Onesies, Socks or Booties, Hats, Bibs, Outfits (3-12 months)
Baby Shampoo or Lotion (NO POWDER, please)
Bath toys, towels or washclothes
Religious or Learning Books
Stuffed Animals
Monetary Donations can be made as well for this project – you can mark your digital or traditional tithe envelope as “baby project”
